Smudging Ceremonies are sacred rituals from various indigenous cultures that involves burning herbs and sharing prayers to purify and clear negative energies. Typically performed before the wedding vows, it invites harmony and sets a positive tone for the couple's new life together.

During the ceremony, I will gently wave smoke from a sacred herbal bundle around the couple while speaking words that release the past and welcome their shared future. The couple may also want to choose an intention, affirmation or prayer to make this ritual more meaningful and in line with their values and love for another.
